One Stop Shops offer homeowners all the services required for a complete home energy upgrade. These registered private operators will manage the entire process for you, from the initial assessment of your home through to the final BER.
Energyfix is uniquely positioned to successfully undertake energy upgrade works for traditional homes and protected structures. To meet SEAI’s requirements a homeowner appointed Traditional Building Professional is engaged from the outset of the project. Energyfix can recommend a professional to the homeowner if required.
Energyfix is a trusted partner for homeowners navigating the Defective Concrete Block (DCB) Scheme. Our expert team handles every step of the process with precision — from initial assessment and planning to reconstruction and finishing — ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and minimizing disruption.
The SEAI Community Energy Grant supports groups of homes, businesses and community buildings that upgrade together. Bundling properties into one project can unlock higher grant rates and lower costs for every participant.
The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant helps owners bring empty homes back into use. It offers up to €50,000 for a vacant property and up to €70,000 where the property is derelict.

How Energyfix helps
As an SEAI Registered One Stop Shop, Energyfix manages your home energy upgrade from the first survey to the final BER. We apply for your SEAI grants and deduct them from your quote, so you only pay the balance.
A home energy assessment shows which upgrades will improve your BER and which SEAI grants apply.
We handle the SEAI application and claim on your behalf, with the grant deducted upfront.
